Postpartum is a crazy time. It’s like having a bowl of love which is overflowing with joy along with a sprinkle of emptiness and loss. A friend had sent me your essences as a gift during my pregnancy which supported me emotionally leading up to the birth, and which I just fell in love with! "The first 40 days after the arrival of your baby are critical in ensuring you develop a bond with your baby, establish breastfeeding and recover after birth. As I have only recently given birth to my first beautiful daughter, I am fresh with the memories of my postpartum period.

Morning and night, I practiced self care with my IBU Ayurveda products including the REPAIR & TONE Healing Herbal Spritz for after the birth, PITTA Revitalising herbal body oil which I apply on my tummy mostly, MOTHERHOOD repletion flower and gem essence, the MOTHERHOOD postpartum tea which has been wonderful for breastfeeding, and wrapped my belly with the traditional bengkung.
